Frequently asked questions
Can I book a venue through lako.je?
No. We're a directory, not a booking platform. You contact the venue directly by phone or email. That protects both you and the venue from intermediaries.
Do I pay anything to use lako.je?
No. Search is free. You pay only if you want the Premium subscription (alerts about open slots, personal venue advisor).
What if the venue I want isn't in the database?
Send us the venue name at info@lakoje.com — we'll contact them on your behalf and invite them to sign up (free for them during the launch year).
How do venue owners maintain availability?
Owners have a lako.je account and manage the availability calendar up to 5 years ahead — marking dates as free, in progress, or booked.
Are the displayed prices fixed?
Displayed prices are indicative (from/to). The final price is agreed with the venue directly — it depends on date, guest count and package.
